The neighbour betting game will be displayed in a box on the top of the screen. In this box, the numbers of the roulette wheel will be displayed in order. If you, for instance, think that the ball will land on the Zero but it lands on the place next to it, then you can betting on the neighbour game. If, for instance, you betting on the zero with 1 neighbour, you’ll be playing with the numbers 32, 0 and 26.
If you play with the zero and 2 neighbours, you’ll be betting on the zero and the 2 numbers left and right of the zero. In that case, you’ll be betting on the 15, 32, 0, 26 and 3. The neighbour game is very handy if you’re playing with the Chinese Strategy. I’ll give you an explanation on how the Chinese Strategy works further down.
What is the best way to play roulette?
There are a number of different ways to play roulette. The best working strategy can be determined by simple probability calculations. A winning strategy, unfortunately, doesn’t exist. If one did, I’d already be a millionaire by now. It is, however, possible to optimize your roulette game to make your chance of losing as small as possible. I will be explaining the most known roulette tactics below:
This working roulette tactic is fairly straightforward. You do, however, risk losing a lot of money. You will constantly play with a low bet amount; an amount between 10 cents and one euro in the aforementioned roulette game. You will be playing on the 50% chances (red/black, even/uneven) and you’ll pocket any earnings you make. You’ll double your bet when you lose a spin. Keep doubling until you win again!
You can keep repeating this process, the profit is rather small but the chance of losing is small as well, you just need to have enough money. I will calculate it for you: Imagine that you start with 1 euro and you lose 6 spins in a row; you’ll be paying 64 euro (2, 4, 8, 16, 32) for the sixth spin! This chance, while small, is still existent.
Many roulette tables have a betting limit. On the aforementioned table, the betting limit is 50 euro (pay attention to this!), once you pass the 50 euro mark you’ll have to start playing at a high roller table. Practically every online casino’s offers these high roller tables.
This roulette strategy is mostly a case of superstition. This tactic has been seen by a friend of mine who worked at the Hommerson casino. With this strategy you assume that, with every spin, the ball will have roughly the same speed. You note down the number from which the ball was launched.
Repeat this process around 10 times. After this, you count the amount of places on the neighbour game (this is literally the order of numbers on the roulette wheel) between the number from which the ball was launched and the place where it stopped. You then play the neighbour game with half of this number, for example: two, three or four neighbours.
If you type in ‘Roulette Software’ on Youtube, you’ll get a mountain of search results that all promise a way to predict the outcome of a game of roulette. Don’t fall for this. If the tactic they tell you worked, then they wouldn’t go tell the rest of the world. Predicting where the ball is going to land simply isn’t possible. It is, however, possible to calculate your chances.
